RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
The booking and booking of any of the trips included in this program implies full acceptance of these general conditions of booking.
These general conditions will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, (BOE 287 of 30 November of 2007), and other provisions in force.
The contractual relationship between the Organizing Agency and the client is governed by these general conditions, and by the technical file of the trip that details its final content. The client has the obligation to check the documentation received by GUIES OFFICIAL CARROS DE FOC, and any questions on this subject must be notified before the start of the trip.
The customer will be responsible for the data provided in the booking form. GUIES OFFICIAL CARROS DE FOC is not responsible for the consequences that may arise from the introduction of false or incorrect data by the customer.
SERVICES INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED
Included and not included services are those specified in the contracted trip program.
In case of cancellation, the company will withhold the following amounts:
If canceled within 10 days of booking, 0% of the booking will be canceled.
If canceled between 10 and 5 days from the date of booking, 50% of the booking.
If canceled less than 5 days from the date of booking, 80% of the booking will be canceled.
Within this period, 100% of the reservation will be refunded if the reason for cancellation is justified
(Covid, injuries, accidents …)
* SPECIFIC CONDITIONS CANCELLATION FOR COVID-19
100% of the reservation will be refunded in case of:
Cancellation of route due to activity ban.
Cancellation of the route due to perimeter closure both for the area of the route and for the area of the affected person.
Cancellation by positive covid-19.
Cancellation for home quarantine.
MODIFICATIONS OF THE ROUTE
The organization guide has absolute authority. He / She may make decisions that incur route changes or other amendments during the activity or trip contracted in order to protect the safety of customers and the purpose of the group.
